DOMESTIC- Domestic shipping prices are based on weight and distance from our stock room in Los Angeles, California.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated. All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
We currently do not offer returns, refunds and/or cancellations. Prior to finalizing your order, please read our size guide and do not hesitate in reaching out to us with any questions regarding sizing prior to placing your order, as we would be more than happy to assist. If you receive your item(s) damaged or have an issue with sizing please contact our support team at shopsweeterthanpandulce@gmail.com within 7 days of the orders delivery date.
Damages caused by improper handling aren't our responsibility.
All exchanges must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. We currently do not cover the cost of return shipping at this time. Exchanges must be received within 14 days to be eligible for exchange.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Our size guide is available for you to reference on each product description page on our site. Most of our t-shirts are meant to be worn a little loose with room to grow into.
WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?
Please notify us through our "get in touch" link, to check if your size is in stock. We will follow up with more info regarding where to ship back the item(s).
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Each order will come with a tracking number, sent to you via email once your order has shipped.
